Nursing CEUContinuing your nursing ceu is important in keeping your licenses up to date. There are a variety of ways to obtain your ceu's (continuing education units). Each state varies with the requirements for the nursing credits see below. The same goes for how many online credits will be allowed by each state. Some states will allow the full amount of credits to be obtained while other states will only allow half the credits. Some nurses choose to go to seminars to obtain their nursing ceu. The nurses who choose to use the online service can either directly read and fill out the tests as they go or they will download the information and then answer the tests forms online at their convenience. Other nurses have their nursing education packets sent to them by mail. They will then mail the packets back in when they are done.
