Nursing
and Travel go hand in hand for nurses in all different professions and
staffing positions. From the seasoned nurse to the new nurse.
Some
nurses travel because they are burnt out with their current position or
feel stuck in their field. Others are ready for a new
challenge
or change of pace. Some feel that they are at the top of
their
potential and have no further to go.
There
are other
nurses who
want to travel to see new places, visit scenic areas or travel to a
destination for an unforgettable vacation. Some have had
circumstances that make their decision for a change like a divorce.
Yet, others have had an ill relative whom they want to get
closer
to.
All
the nurses, whether they are a registered nurse or other
agree on the same things. They enjoy the pay,
the benefits and
the bonuses along with experiencing a new dimension in nursing.
Is
travel nursing for everyone? No. This is not a
field for
the meek, weak or insecure. But, if you are confident in
yourself, your abilities, are independent and have a positive attitude
then you can be successful at travel nursing.
